Addameer issues a paper on the crimes committed in Ofer Camp during the genocide against the Palestinian people.
The entrance to the camp is located between the entrance to the prison and the entrance to the military court. The lawyer requesting a visit waits at this entrance until a vehicle belonging to the military police unit arrives to transport the lawyer from the main gate to the door of the lawyer’s visitation room.
After passing through the camp gate, they proceed along a road adjacent to the central prison wall, turning right after 500 meters from the main gate. They then turn left, reaching the site of the military court, which was established in 2002. After a few more meters, they turn right again, entering Ofer Camp, which was established in 2023.
From there, they pass through a gate made of zinc sheets. After crossing this gate, they reach a newly paved asphalt yard. At this point, the lawyer arrives at the door of the room designated for visits inside the camp.
The visitation room is a mobile structure divided into two sections: the first section is designated for the lawyer and contains a door, while the opposite section is designated for the detainees and has a rear door. There is a barrier separating the detainee and the lawyer during the visit.
